After 14 years of marriage my husband
told me he cheated on me. I met the other
woman and let him work with her. Since
then he has stopped working with her to
prove to me he is truly sorry and that he
loves me. We have two children. Am I doing
the right thing trying to work it out? |

have shown a commitment to your relationship
in trying to work things out. So, too, has
your partner in trying to prove that he really
loves you. Yet it seems you are still hurting,
possibly you do not trust your partner. Perhaps,
also, your partner is also hurting inside
because of this event. Possibly, he wishes
the relationship to be back as it was. Communication
is the key here. Try telling your partner
how you feel, let him tell you how he feels.
Tell him a way to prove he still loves you.
Accept what he says and does. |
