At times in our lives, we each experience
problems in our relationships, in dating or meeting people.
Sometimes these relationship problems can be small ones and
sometimes they can be major ones. We can all use a little help

Getting
back with my Ex.

I am divorced. I have been living with a man
slightly younger than me for four
years. He is not very mature. But the way he loves me, is
something no one
else has ever given me. We have recently split up. He never has
gotten along
with my family. I have 2 children by my ex-husband. There have
been many times
my boyfriend would say something to me and I would think to myself
that my
ex-husband wouldn't speak to me like that. My ex-husband has been
trying to get
me to come back to him for a couple of years now. When my boyfriend
and I split
up, I went back to my ex. But I'm not happy. My kids love it.
They love both
of us so much. My son has gone from failing school to making A's
and B's. I
don't want to destroy my kids world but I am missing my boyfriend so
bad I don't
know what to do. How can I ever fully love my ex-husband when I
can't stop
loving my boyfriend? Please help me, please.

Ask
yourself, what was it about your boyfriend that you really miss the
most? Then ask can you get that from your ex-husband?
Things do
not seem to have been perfect with your boyfriend, you talk of him
being immature and sometimes saying things about you your ex husband
would not have said. Ask yourself why did you split up with your
boyfriend.
Why
did you get back together with your ex? Was it for the kids? Their
needs and wishes do have to be taken into account too. Getting back
with your ex has made them happier but not you.
We
suggest you have a word with your ex, tell him what you need from him.
Don't just let yourself go back to the way things used to be with him
and don't let him use your kids happiness as a weapon against you.
